1. Data controller

2. Information we collect

When you submit an interest registration, we may process:

• your full name;
• your email address;
• your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
• the book or books you select and any optional message;
• whether you would like early access to first-edition reservations.

With your separate consent, Google Analytics may collect technical and aggregated usage information, including pages visited, traffic source, approximate country-level location, device type and active-use time. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or registration message to analytics.

3. Why we use your information

We use this information only to:

• record your interest in the selected books;
• send the confirmed publication date, final price and ordering details;
• reply to a message or question you have submitted;
• protect the form and website from misuse;
• with your consent, understand traffic and improve the website.

Registration details are processed in response to your request and the information you provide voluntarily. Analytics is enabled only after you choose “Allow analytics”.

4. Who may access your information

Your information is not sold. It may be available only to service providers needed to operate the website, store registrations and send notifications, subject to appropriate data-protection obligations. Google Analytics receives only the analytics data you have consented to share.

5. How long we keep your information

Registration details are kept for as long as they are needed to provide first-edition updates, and no longer than 24 months after the most recent communication unless the law requires a longer period. After that, the information is deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookies and analytics

An essential local setting remembers whether you have allowed analytics. Google Analytics cookies are enabled only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time with the button below.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent. Send your request to kontakt@7saga.rs. You may also lodge a complaint with Serbia’s Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection through poverenik.rs.

8. Changes to this policy

If the way we process information changes, we will update this page and its last-updated date.
